Demolition

This is the first stage and is often the most exciting for many homeowners. Before starting this phase, the room’s electricity, as well as the water supply to the sink, toilet, bath, and shower, will be turned off. Then, items such as toilets, baseboards, towel racks, shower tiles, etc. will be removed and cleared out to make way for the new work to be completed. This is also a good time to check for any mold, mildew, or water damage so that it may be fixed.

Plumbing

With the bathroom bare, the plumbers can come in and begin the plumbing for the new items This could include things like installing a water line for dual shower heads or installing modifications to a line to be suitable for a dual sink.

Electrical
